Activating Your Card

In order to use your HEEP HHSYC CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard® you must first activate your card. To activate your HEEP HHSYC CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard, simply call our customer service number toll free at 1-866-345-4011. This number is also located on the back of your card.  When you receive your HEEP HHSYC CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard, you will also get information on how to activate it.

You cannot use your HEEP HHSYC CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard until you activate it. This step protects you if your card is lost or stolen in the mail.

By activating your HEEP HHSYC CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard you are accepting the Terms & Conditions that can be viewed here. Once the card is activated, you may use it at over 1 million ATM locations, stores and all point-of-sale terminals that accept debit Mastercard worldwide.

After you activate your HEEP HHSYC CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard, the next step is to prepay the card by adding money. For instructions on how to add cash click here to view the adding cash instructions. You will be able to add all or part of your paycheck using direct deposit.
